As medical inflation continues its rapid rise and employers look to control their medical spend, it’s important to look at the available options, consider whether they’re compliant, and investigate other options that may be better cultural fits. This is especially true as we see the proliferation of vendors and outfits the promise solutions that often run afoul of well-established health and welfare rules and regulations. In this presentation we will discuss:

• Potential plan design changes that can be implemented in a compliant manner that can help to contain costs;
