July 19, 2024 - HR Director - GATR Truck Center

GATR Truck Center is seeking to hire a full-time HR Director for our Corporate Office in Sauk Rapids, MN. GATR Truck Center is an authorized Volvo truck, Hino truck, Mack truck, and Kalmar Ottawa dealership serving 5 locations in Minnesota and Iowa. We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. This position will be responsible for fostering employee engagement and efficient HR operations across multiple locations. Key duties include maintaining HR records, managing payroll and benefits, improving interdepartmental communication, structuring compensation packages, handling employee grievances, overseeing drug testing and unemployment claims, selecting benefit programs, coordinating wellness initiatives, conducting new hire and open enrollment meetings, optimizing HR processes, and advising senior management on employee issues.

July 11, 2024 - Human Resources Manager - City of Blaine

The City of Blaine is hiring for a Human Resources Manager. Reporting to the director of administrative services, the Human Resources Manager administers, manages, and coordinates a variety of professional human resources functions including, but not limited to, benefits, recruitment and staffing, advising staff on policies and practices, facilitating resolution of employment-related disputes, and ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance to rules, regulations, laws, and mandates. This position requires a strong technical knowledge of all phases of human resources administration, strong public relations skills, and good computer skills. Direct reports include the human resources technician and human resources specialist.

June 26, 2024 - Organization Development and Learning Partner (Human Resources) - Stearns County

Stearns County is hiring for an Organization Development and Learning Partner who will lead the design and implementation of organizational development activities and solutions to support the County's organizational culture, drive employee effectiveness and build effective partnerships to meet organizational goals and performance outcomes. This position assists with organizational initiatives to achieve departmental and organizational priorities, performance metrics, and fosters cultural inclusion and belonging initiatives. This position has an integral role in change and project management for Human Resources and County specific initiatives.

June 26, 2024 - Communications Specialist (Administration Department) - Stearns County

Stearns County is hiring for a Communications Specialist in their Administration Department. Under general supervision, this role plans, develops, and implements communications related to the area of assignment. Produces and coordinates dissemination of materials to inform the community about services and programs. Establishes and maintains community relationships and partnerships to assure good public relations, especially in times of crisis and emergency response. Recommends, coordinates and implements marketing communication projects that include public relations, special events, advertising, and creating brand awareness in alignment with the County’s mission and values.
