In this session, Amy will provide an overview of the upcoming 2026 Minnesota Paid Family & Medical Leave, learn the details about the law and other factors to consider such as FMLA, ESST, Workers Compensation, short- & long-term disability.
Amy Sip earned a bachelor’s degree from St Cloud State University in Business Management with an HR emphasis. Amy has over 13 years’ experience in Human Resources and over 20 combined years’ experience in Finance. Amy holds a SHRM CP designation. Amy started her HR consulting business in 2022 where she helps businesses without a designated HR person understand and implement everything HR. Amy is a member of the Career Force HR Networking Group, member of Forum of Executive Women (FEW) St. Cloud and on the membership committee, member of St. Cloud Area Chamber and a board member. When Amy isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family at her parent's lake home, gardening, cooking or baking, crafting, reading, or visiting local craft breweries.
