She specializes in designing market competitive compensation frameworks that support the organization's specific needs and philosophy, ensuring they are practical to implement and use. With nearly 20 years’ experience as a volunteer leader at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), including serving at the highest level of national SHRM volunteer leadership, Megan has invested in building and strengthening the HR community. Megan has her Master of Science in Organizational Communication from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Dayton.
