Cindy O’Donovan is the owner of Right4 Your Business, LLC, a consulting firm in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, specializing in business and human resource solutions. Cindy has over 30 years experience in recruitment, workforce planning and career development.
Cindy currently serves on the board of the Vadnais Heights Economic Development Corporation (VHEDC), where she chairs the HR Connections planning and events presentations. The most recent event was a joint session with the Minnesota Career Development Association (MCDA) which joined 80 HR and career development professionals to discuss recruiting outreach and results with job seekers.
