DEI, Still Needed now? Reexamining and Creating your Diversity Strategy

About Kendra:
Kendra has devoted her life to creating environments of Belonging, Inclusiveness, and Progression. She has spent over half her life speaking and encouraging others. 

She is an author, coach, consultant, and sought-after presenter regarding process improvements, culture dynamics, and personal improvement. Kendra understands the importance of development and has a passion for continuous learning. She loves gaining knowledge, often jesting that she never progressed out of the “curiosity stage.” Her dynamic enthusiasm is evident in her training.

Kendra has over two decades of experience in organizational strategies. She has expertise in Human Resources, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Management, Change Management, and Organizational and Talent Development. Her human resources background has included participation in national-level pilot programs and initiatives to foster diversity and inclusion in the workplace. 

Kendra has a bachelor of science degree and a master’s degree in Human Resources Development. Along with her formal education, Kendra is a certified DDI Trainer, certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and Certified Life/Career Coach. She adjuncted for St. Mary’s University of Minnesota for over six years in their Human Resources Masters Program. She also serves on two local boards and actively volunteers with local non-profits within the Twin Cities.  Kendra is the founder and principal consultant of Fulfil-2B, LLC. Her clientele includes businesses, education institutions, mid to senior-level managers/executives, and high-potential young adults.

Presentation Details:
The field of DEIB has been in Corporate America for over sixty years. There have been consistent changes to this seemingly complex initiative. This session will discuss the strategic evaluation regarding what you are currently doing within your organization and assess its future state. Overall, reexamining and determining practical needs versus traditional practices

Compassionate Leadership in Troubled Times: Winning Back a Wounded Workforce

About Andrea:
Andrea Hollingsworth, PhD, MAMFT, is passionate about helping leaders build cultures of care, emotional wellness, and mental health awareness in organizational environments. As a current psychotherapist and former university professor, Andrea has spent decades researching, counseling, and teaching on topics related to human wholeness, happiness, and interpersonal wellbeing. Since 2008, she has published and presented widely on the topic of compassion--a theme that remains central to her work with leaders and organizations. Andrea adores good books, good conversations, good coffee, and all things cozy. She lives with her family in Maple Grove, Minnesota.

What does truly great leadership look like when we’re all still trying to emerge from one of the most traumatizing moments in modern history? In this presentation, Dr. Hollingsworth will show you why leaders who prioritize and practice compassion have the hands-down advantage.
